We gather user information in the following processes: Optional registration We provide voluntary registration to users for several of the services available at this site. By registering, users can enter the chat rooms and bulletin boards. Please note that information that is disclosed in these arenas becomes public. Use caution in disclosing any personal information. E-mail Discussion List We offer a free e-mail discussion list to users that tailors to the NASCAR audience. We gather the e-mail addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this discussion list by following the link provided in every email. Data protection We use reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties which receive the information. We also link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users. Use of Internet Protocol Address We use your Internet protocol (IP) address for several reasons: to help diagnose problems with the site's server, to administer our Web site, and to gather broad demographic information. Children's Guidelines We do not collect or use any online contact information or identifiable off-line contact information about a child without parental consent. We do not distribute personally identifiable information about children without parental consent.
